Our software is fairly comprehensive, yet easy to learn and use. It has extensive configuration options allowing it to adapt itself easily to accommodate your terminology and finer preferences, and to hide unwanted clutter. Context sensitive on-line help is always available through the <F1> key. Most of our new users who have shopped around a bit, are impressed that it is designed from a business operational perspective that includes full accounting facilities, rather than merely being an accounting system with a few extras added on. The ability to add "User Defined Fields", to store additional data for your own special purposes, is quite exceptional.

Integration between Modules

All our modules integrate very nicely. Being modular, it is possible to purchase just the more important functions initially, and expand your capabilities and sophistication at a later date by adding other modules.

Technical Information

Our software is written using Microsoft Visual FoxPro (full 32 bit Windows), a very efficient database engine for PCs.  It runs in Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, or XP, and operates extremely well in a PC network environment (including Windows NT or 2000 Server, Windows 95/98/ME peer to peer, and Novell). FoxPro is used quite extensively around the world as a development tool.  Some applications that use FoxPro are quite colossal, running on networks with several thousand workstations, and with transaction volumes several hundred times greater than most professional practices are ever likely to achieve.  Being on a Microsoft development platform, our software has an excellent strategic future in terms of its maintainability, economic life, and scope for ongoing standard or customized enhancement.
